Who are we?

Smoofer.com is the best way for Canadians to buy their favorite licensed tees. Period.

We hope to be Canada’s leading online licensed apparel retailer. We pride ourselves on selling the hottest licensed tees to Canadians from coast to coast (literally B.C. to P.E.I.), and all direct from our Canadian-based warehouse.

We will be selling hundreds of old-school and new-school licensed tees, all of which will be available on our site. We will be listing approximately 30 different licensed tees at once, and our inventory will rotate every 6 or so weeks.

We chose to focus exclusively on the Canadian-market because we ourselves found it difficult and expensive to purchase great tees online in Canada, and we built our business based on our own experiences.

What does Smoofer.com do?

We sell licensed t-shirts! The Smoofer approach involves scouring the country for top notch licenses, and then making them available to you at ‘sick’ (in the good way) prices.

We have a NO GAUGING policy, meaning we provide the hottest licenses at the coolest prices (hmmm a little cheesy)…the idea is that you’ll love your Smoofer.com experience so much that you return often and excited.

What if I don’t get my shirt?

Simple, send us a copy of your government ID with the appropriate shipping address and we’ll send you out a new one.

What are Smoofer’s shipping policies?

Smoofer.com offers three methods of shipping:

1. Standard Shipping – All prices include free standard shipping anywhere in Canada. Standard Shipping takes about 10-12 business days and does not include a tracking number.
2. Expedited Shipping – Smoofer.com offers discounted expedited shipping. Expedited shipping costs between $5.20 to $8.90 (depending on province) and takes 3-4 days to deliver, with a tracking number.
3. Priority Courier – When you are in a rush, Smoofer.com offers discounted priority shipping. Priority is next day delivery, with tracking, and built-in insurance. Costs range by province.

Where is Smoofer.com located?

Smoofer is based out of two offices; a production & shipping facility in Quebec, and an administrative office in Ontario.

We ship EVERYWHERE in Canada.

When did Smoofer begin?

Smoofer began as a concept in February of 2007. The dream was to create a website that allowed Canadians to buy quality t-shirts, without paying obscene amounts for shipping, and waiting weeks for delivery. Smoofer, the site, launched on November 18th, 2008. We wanted to ensure every aspect of the process, from manufacturing to delivery, was perfected before we launched, in order to provide a streamlined experience for the buyer. At Smoofer, we truly believe that good customer service is a fundamental part of the online retail experience.

When will I get my shirt?

Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected. Smoofer offers free standard shipping on all orders to any location in Canada. However, Smoofer also offers expedited and priority methods when you just can’t wait. Please see our shipping policies for a more detailed explanation.

When will new shirts be posted?

New shirts are posted every 6 or so weeks

When will my shirt leave the Smoofer shipping centre?

Shirts are normally shipped within 2 days of receiving your payment

How do we sell you great shirts at great prices?

We have access to more licensed tees than any other online shop in Canada.

How much is delivery?

Shipping is FREE, that’s right F-R-E-E…(on ALL ORDERS)

We wanted to make the Smoofer shopping experience the best in all the land, so we decided to raise the online shopping bar. We will ship your shirt(s) absolutely FREE! (There is an expedited option at a small fee for those ‘Oh My’, I forgot my girlfriend’s birthday days).

How can I return my shirt?

7 days, store credit! (we’ll make it easy as pie!)
(If we messed up than we’ll pay shipping, otherwise its up to you)

How much will I pay in taxes?

Based on your province’s sales tax rate, nothing more, nothing less.
